The government has increased the price of petrol by Rs3.26 per litre while reducing the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs1.01, effective October 2.

ISLAMABAD, Oct 01 (APP): The government has increased the price of petrol by Rs3.26 per litre while reducing the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs1.01, effective October 2.
According to the Petroleum Division, the price of Motor Spirit (MS) has been increased from Rs387.40 to Rs390.66 per litre.
The price of HSD has been reduced from Rs400.35 to Rs399.34 per litre.
The Petroleum Division said the changes were necessitated by developments in international markets, including changes in Platts rates, premiums and incidentals.
